![]() I was not too concerned about the water as it did dry after soaking into the towels on day 3. ![]() 5th and checked out Friday the 9th, Still no phone call. BACK DOWN TO CHECK IN I GO, was told if I go back to my room and wait he will have his supervisor call me in about 15 minutes, I waited 2 hours, no phone call!!! Stopped at check in again, gave my cell number since I did not want to spend all evening in the room. Grabbed bath towels from the cart in hallway and placed them up against the wall. 6th, rained all day, and found when we returned to our room to freshen up we had water seeping through the seal on our windows and also coming in from the floor joint adjacent to outside wall. They said they could put us in another room for a fee, Not happening I said, so we proceeded back to our room and cleaned it ourselves, vacuuming it as well since the cleaning cart was left in the hallway, all this happened on Sept. ![]() We were so upset and did talk with check in about it. Back up to the 11th floor we go, room 1189, key worked, YAY! Once inside the bed, toilet and sink were very clean but that is where it ended. Back down to check in we go with all our luggage in tow, was told they gave us the wrong room, problem solved, or so I thought. First, after checking in we got our room key and proceeded to the 11th floor, key did not work. Had it not been for the courteous staff I would have given it a 1 star.
